Position Title: Controller Salary: Based on Experience A Controller job in the Wausau, WI area is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This strategic Controller role requires candidates to have 10+ years of general accounting experience within the manufacturing industry. In this position, you will be a member of the Executive Leadership team and will report financials to ownership. This position oversees financials for one location with revenue of approximately $40M. Controller Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA is a plus. - 10+ years of general accounting and leadership experience in the manufacturing industry - Experience with cost accounting, financial reporting, risk management, and internal controls. - Experience overseeing accounting staff and operations. -Strong leadership, communication, critical thinking and organizational skills.
