Position Details:
Heavy Equipment Mechanic Tasks: As a Heavy Equipment Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting heavy equipment such as forklifts, trucks, and wheel loaders. This includes performing regular inspections and preventative maintenance, identifying and resolving issues with diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and other electrical components. You will be expected to accurately read and interpret schematics and service manuals, as well as use diagnostic software to manage repairs. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team to ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition and be prepared to lift up to 75 pounds and wear steel-toe boots for safety.
