Finance-M&A Associate (New York, NY): Coordinate & execute investment banking (M&A) transactions, including company sales, company purchases, spin-offs, joint venture partnerships, minority investments, & strategic alternative discussions. Work with financial analysis & modeling; financial accounting & reporting (GAAP & IFRS) concepts; &, business & asset valuation. Req’s Master’s degr plus 2 yrs exp.
