Consumers Credit Union (CCU) is hiring - join our team as a Card Operations Specialist! This is a fantastic entry level opportunity for someone who's a quick learner, thinks out the box and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment! Schedule/Location: This is a flex / hybrid position. Part of your work week will be onsite based at our Lake Forest office. The remainder of the week you'll be working remotely from home. As a Card Operations Specialist you will assist members with reports of debit card fraud or disputes by leveraging various systems. Performing research to resolve member inquiries, disputes, verify lost, stolen, or fraudulent cases, and complete the necessary documentation for the account. You'll work with many areas of the business, including the Business Intelligence, Fraud, and Risk teams. Main Responsibilities:
