Associate, Transformation - (employer: Accordion Partners, LLC) - Perform Capability and Maturity assessments using financial statements, census data, client interviews, management commentary, and industry benchmarks. Develop executive strategies for the CFO, including plans to improve business processes, people operating model, and technologies. Design and implement financial and business reporting and performance metrics. Design Operating Model based on the client’s long-term objectives. Design and implement changes to the current technology stack for scale and productivity and assess the product roadmap for future growth. Design and Process Enhancement across finance areas including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report and FP&A. Assess and recommend process change training facilitation and documentation to meet firm’s strategic goals. Lead projects to increase efficiency, reduce costs and improve profit/shareholder value. Develop and implement KPI dashboards and tracking tools using tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, and Python. Manage multiple client engagements at the same time, ensure projects are on track, manage client expectations and perform course corrections when necessary. Contribute to internal practice area development initiatives. Contribute to development and presentation of client proposals and go-to-market initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. All of the required experience must have included experience with: understanding customer needs and timelines; setting up plans of actions with senior technical personnel; building models, executing simulations and postprocessing data; presenting findings in written or oral form; executing tools or processes creation under senior technical leaders’ supervision; leading the design analysis of multiple programs using different analytical tools like Optistructs, Abaqus, ANSYS, and nCode to accomplish target KPIs; negotiating and balancing internal deliverables with multiple internal stakeholders while maintaining high resource utilization; collaborating with global teams in the development and implementation of new structural analysis methods; managing correlation work with external and 3rd party vendors for off-site testing; and improving cost savings by developing novel solutions that meet design, manufacturing, quality, and program budgets using topology and topography optimization methods. Position requires domestic travel 50% of the time. Telecommuting is permitted from any U.S. location. Salary: $131,706 - $160,000/year.
