Position Details
Position Summary
The hand on IT Business Partner is focused on driving projects and to work with the direct/indirect cross functional employees. As a leader, the successful candidate will partner with other team members to execute the financial commitments of the business. Manage, direct, and implement operations strategies and objectives to ensure the achievement of company's goals. This position will be responsible for managing the IT business process from supporting the customer order to customer dock.
Principal Activities
- Provide strategic and tactical leadership, Strategic Thinking, Contributor to Business Needs
- Provider of recommendations to better business processes through IT solutions
- Researches and recommends system development priorities
- Documentation and maintenance of SOX related matters
- Proactive and forward thinking towards the business objectives
- Departmental Reporting
- Departmental Budget planning and tracking
- Project Management, Project Planning and plan organization /development
- Adherence and upholding of corporate IT standards and policies
- Drive IT metrics (helpdesk, downtime measurements, deliveries, etc

Education and Experience
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science or related technical/management field or experienced considered
- 5+ years of supervisory experience within an IT Department
