Detailed Description:
- Manage fracturing and wireline operations at the wellsite, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Collaborate with clients regularly to coordinate wellsite activities and ensure client satisfaction.
- Direct field crews and equipment to fulfill service contracts and operational objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with operations to maintain safety and compliance.
- Respond to unplanned changes in job scope by managing adjustments effectively.
- Enforce compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements for all personnel and contractors on-site.
- Ensure proper training and competency of personnel to drive and operate assigned equipment.
- Stop or suspend operations to address unsafe practices or policy violations as necessary.
- Ensure availability, preparation, and functionality of equipment and materials for job execution with minimal deviations.
- Provide leadership, supervision, and training to Site Supervisors, documenting crew, equipment, and job-related details.
- Develop and review pad layouts for Frac equipment and customer facilities.
- Conduct pre-job meetings with personnel, clients, and third parties to ensure readiness and contingency planning.
- Offer technical and operational expertise during operations and oversee safe removal of equipment post-job.
- Evaluate and document performance of direct reports, offering feedback, development plans, and disciplinary actions as needed.
- Manage cost controls to minimize unnecessary expenses and plan efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards to promote safety and reduce environmental impact.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Education:

- 7-10 years of industry experience required.
- Licenses and Certifications:
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Commercial Driver's License preferred.
- Accredited Supervisor Training Course preferred.
