We are looking for an experienced retail manager that can build a strong team, can lead by example, and take ownership to ensure the branch is delivering exceptional service to members. As an Assistant Branch Manager, you'll partner with the Branch Manager to lead the branch to excellence. You'll perform in a variety of roles as a banker, concierge, teller, leader, mentor, auditor, and operations expert. You'll ensure the Branch Specialist team maintains expert knowledge, provides excellent service, and consistently meets CCU's expectations. Compensation & Benefits Budgeted amount for starting salary: $57,680 annually + sales incentives + annual bonus opportunity Consumers Credit Union provides eligible employees an opportunity to participate in our medical (High Deductible, HMO and PPO), dental, vision, spending accounts, short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance and other plans effective date of hire. You will be eligible to participate in the 401(k) savings plan at any time. You will be automatically enrolled in the pension plan following six months of employment and 1,000 hours of service and reaching age 20.
