THE JOB:
The Cage Supervisor is responsible for ensuring operations align with company policies and procedures. Additionally, they support the Cage Shift Manager with various management-related tasks.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Oversee and participate in Cage and Credit operations, ensuring count accuracy and compliance with gaming regulations.

• Review all transactions over $2,500 to confirm accuracy.

• Prepare and submit shift-end and 24-hour period reports.

• Ensure timely submission of reports and documentation to Accounting.

• Administer disciplinary actions for shift personnel as needed.

• Manage attendance records and vacation schedules.

• Assist Hosts and Upper Management with high-profile player payouts.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Strong understanding of fraud prevention and credit scams.

• Proficient in fast and accurate cash handling.

• Skilled in effectively delegating tasks to team members.

• Exceptional customer service abilities.

• Must be at least 21 years old.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in cashiering, casino credit, or main bank operations (required).

• Educational background in Hospitality, Business Administration, or Finance is preferred but not required.
