Job Description
As a technician you will manage service tickets for small and commercial businesses. Using a mobile app, the technician will view job details, including location and requirements. They will contact customers when enroute to each job. Inventory will be sent to the technician's home, requiring strong inventory management skills. Responsibilities: * Troubleshoot technical problems. * Replace system components such as panels, peripheral devices, audible/visual alarms, etc. * Diagnose causes of system failures to identify necessary repairs. * Maintain safety practices to prevent injury and property damage. * Keep a clean and organized workspace/job site, ensuring customer satisfaction. Skills: * Installation * Alarm systems * Access control * CCTV * Troubleshoot Additional Skills & Qualifications: * Excellent communication skills are essential. * The technician will receive $200/week for travel costs, covering gas and drive time. This is a tax-free expense. The technician will only be paid their hourly rate while on the job, with no pay for drive time, which is covered by the weekly travel cost. Experience Level: * Intermediate *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
