**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours. Southcoast Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Responsibilities Position reports to Director, or Manager of applications in DHS. Provide Epic Subject Matter Expert in developing new system enhancements and designing technical solutions to meet business needs of Southcoast. Provide recommendations for creative technology solutions. Project oversight and system build for major and minor initiatives such as, new application/module implementations, upgrades, projects, incident response/troubleshooting for complex incidents and requests. Responsible for defining scope for initiatives, project planning , timeline and scheduling development, oversight of cross-functional teams, committees and task force related to projects. Work in conjunction with other members of the MIS and operations including the EPMO as needed. Create and maintain requirements/design documentation for reference materials. Spearhead efforts for setting goals/objectives for new software enhancements. Develop testing scripts as needed. Adhere to standard design, maintenance, and support standards for relevant applications. Maintain current knowledge of software enhancements/updates. Understand operational requirements and translate into application features and functions. Ability to utilize operational input/feedback for continuous process improvement. Qualifications
Pay Range USD $105,393.60 - USD $169,270.40 /Yr. Rotation Schedule Requirement Schedule as necessary for upgrade and/or implementation purposes |
