How you'll make an impact:

SiriusXM is seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Manager, Subscriber Engagement to support the execution of lifecycle marketing programs that drive subscriber engagement, product adoption, and revenue growth. This role will help build and optimize multi-channel campaigns that enhance customer retention and maximize subscriber value. The ideal candidate is experienced in CRM marketing, comfortable working with marketing automation tools like Salesforce, and eager to leverage data to refine and optimize campaigns.

What You'll Do:

  • Support Multi-Channel Campaign Execution: Assist in building and managing personalized engagement campaigns across email, mobile, and other digital channels to drive retention and revenue growth.
  • Work with Marketing Technology: Help set up and monitor automated journeys and campaign workflows within Salesforce and other marketing automation platforms.
  • Analyze & Optimize Performance: Track key campaign metrics, analyze results, and support A/B testing initiatives to enhance effectiveness and improve subscriber engagement.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with teams including Marketing Ops, Data Analytics, and Product to ensure smooth execution and alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Maintain Campaign Timelines & Assets: Assist in managing project timelines, creative briefs, and testing plans to ensure marketing initiatives are executed on time and at a high standard.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience: 5+ years in CRM, retention marketing, or marketing operations, preferably in a subscription-based or consumer tech environment, with some experience using Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret campaign performance data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Project Coordination: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Customer-Focused Mindset: Understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and strategies to Increase engagement and retention.
  • Must have legal right to work In the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $82,000 to $108,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
