Job Description

The Tour Center Coordinator is responsible for providing leadership to the Brewery Ambassador team in day-to-day Tour Center operations. Performing brewery tours, overall customer service in The Shop, Taproom, and welcome area, as well as driving traffic, retail sales, and maintaining a high quality and craft-driven experience for brewery guests.

What You'll Brew:



  • Act as the primary floor manager to the brewery ambassador and bartending teams during day-to-day operations
  • Coordinate and perform brewery tours and tastings; including private and VIP tours as needed
  • Responsible for driving sales and maintaining quality standards in the taproom, including product education, adhering to customer service standards, and conducting training for both new and ongoing bartenders and brewery ambassadors
  • Responsible for daily operations in the Taproom, including maintaining cleanliness, teaching proper pouring techniques, maintaining room capacities, overseeing the safety of our guests through proper serving policies, customer service, sales promotions, restocking, and physical inventory count support
  • Assist with planning and executing various events at the brewery
  • Help execute new experiences to help drive the growth of the Experience Program - assist with scheduling needs, script creation, and brewery ambassador training

Minimum Qualifications:



  • 1 year experience in customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in an organized, detail-oriented manner in a fast-paced, multi-task environment under time constraints and deadlines


Level: 7

In accordance with pay transparency lawsthe pay rate for this role if hired is $25.50 per hour.
