Summary:

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to ensure supplier satisfaction by fostering and building relationships with senior supplier executives and key operational supplier teams. You will exhibit deep understanding of industry trends and the suppliers' business, concerns, successes, and challenges. You will lead, influence and align diverse teams in identifying, pursuing, and implementing integrated solutions and strategies that have significant importance to Vizient's revenue retention or expansion.

Responsibilities

* Serve as the primary liaison for assigned supplier accounts, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless, solution-oriented Vizient experience that drives revenue growth and client satisfaction.
* Develop and execute strategic account plans by aligning supplier goals with Vizient's capabilities, maintaining accurate account data, and supporting provider needs.
* Identify and implement growth opportunities in partnership with Spend Management and other internal teams to enhance supplier retention, expansion, and value.
* Cultivate key relationships across supplier organizations to connect relevant solutions, strengthen partnerships, and drive long-term value.
* Monitor industry trends and supplier performance, anticipating needs and offering tailored solutions to increase access, growth, and market share.
* Lead strategic planning and business reviews, ensuring progress on joint initiatives, resolving operational issues, and improving overall supplier satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree preferred.

  • 7 or more years of experience in health care related account management, sales, marketing or supply chain required.

  • Proven ability to collaborate across enterprise teams and drive initiatives that deliver differentiated value to clients.

  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to drive execution and deliver results through cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in presenting and communicating effectively with C-suite executives preferred.

  • Experience interpreting data, synthesizing knowledge of business trends and insights from data analysis preferred.

  • Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $102,400.00 to $179,000.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
