Position Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Marketing Specialist to support our education recruitment marketing initiatives. In this role, you will assist in developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns aimed at attracting prospective students. You will collaborate with academic programs to create compelling content that highlights our institution's academic excellence, coordinate university-wide recruitment events, and manage social media initiatives. Additionally, you will conduct market research, compile industry trends, and monitor marketing data to optimize outreach efforts. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and passionate about engaging with prospective students through innovative marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with implementation of education recruitment marketing strategic initiatives

  • source and compile marketing and recruitment data for review

  • Assist in the development of recruitment marketing campaigns and strategies

  • Coordinate recruitment marketing efforts on university-wide recruiting events.

  • Collaborate with academic programs to create marketing that showcases MCW's academic excellence.

  • Design, develop, and distribute content marketing deliverables.

  • Inform and execute social media initiatives and strategies.

  • Monitor online marketing and social media trends and best practices.

  • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competition and behaviors.

  • Assist with development of email marketing campaigns designed to attract future students.

Knowledge - Skills - Abilities

  • Marketing & Recruitment Knowledge: Understanding of recruitment marketing strategies, trends, and best practices, particularly in higher education.

  • Social Media Management: Experience planning and executing social media initiatives, with a strong grasp of online engagement strategies and platform best practices.

  • Data Analysis & Market Research: Ability to source, compile, and deliver marketing and recruitment data to inform strategy and decision-making.

  • Event Coordination: Strong organizational skills to assist in planning and executing university-wide recruiting events.

  • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams, including academic programs and administrative departments.

  • Digital Marketing & Email Campaigns: Knowledge of email marketing strategies and platforms to develop campaigns aimed at prospective students.

  • Industry Awareness: Ability to monitor and analyze market trends, competitive behaviors, and evolving best practices in digital and recruitment marketing.

  • Project Management: Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing software, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, content management systems (CMS) such as SiteCore, and analytics tools.



Preferred Schedule:




Part-time: Hybrid



Position Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:
Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis.

Minimum education: Bachelor's degree

Minimum experience: 3 years of of relevant marketing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred education: Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or Communications.
Preferred experience: 5 years of relevant experience
