Inside the Role

This position is for a temporary assignment from May 1, 2025 - September 30, 2025, as a Truck Assembler to help cover for regular full-time employees out on vacation.

Summer Truck Assembler position offers a starting salary of $23.26/hr

*additional shift differential for off-shifts

Responsibilities

* Install/assemble components for heavy duty trucks.
* Use computer systems to access company data associated with the assembly process.
* Utilize drawings, bill of materials, and specification sheets in both electronic and hard copy.
* Understand and utilize LEAN principles as they pertain to the assembly process.
* Maintain a clean workstation that promotes safety and pride in the product.
* Operate the following tools and equipment: Jigs and Fixtures, Henrob equipment, Pneumatic and DC Tools for fasteners and assembly of heavy duty.

Qualifications - External

* Legal authorization to work in the United States at time of application.
* Must be able to read and write in English and conduct basic math.
* The ability to work overtime including weekends.
* Willingness and ability to work any shift.
* Ability to work in a heavy manufacturing environment that requires the ability to lift, carry andpull and push moderate to heavy equipment, tools and parts.
* Ability to work in teams is required.
