All about the role:

As a Digital Product Lead with a strong IT background, you will lead a squad responsible for our e-commerce platform. Reporting to the Ecommerce Solutions Manager, you will drive the product roadmap, ensure seamless user experiences, and align technical solutions with business goals. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership to optimize our digital commerce initiatives.

Where you'll be:

This position will be based in the HQ, Charlotte Office, North Carolina.

What you'll do:

  • Co-create and drive the product lifecycle, partnering with marketing and the consumer journey team to shape the roadmap, prioritize high-impact initiatives, and ensure seamless alignment with business and customer needs.

  • Lead an agile squad dedicated to e-commerce, delivering innovative solutions that meet business goals and technical requirements.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, data, and technology teams to elevate customer experiences and drive growth.

  • Define and prioritize the backlog, balancing business impact, technical complexity, and long-term scalability.

  • Craft clear, actionable user stories and technical requirements to empower engineering teams and accelerate delivery.

  • Leverage data-driven insights, including Google Analytics and other tools, to track performance and make informed decisions.

  • Ensure scalability and sustainability, tackling tech debt, optimizing performance, and identifying opportunities for innovation.

  • Advocate for a customer-centric approach, ensuring that every product decision enhances user experience and drives engagement.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting innovation, experimentation, and learning within the squad.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying emerging technologies and best practices to keep the e-commerce platform competitive.

  • Align with compliance and security best practices, ensuring the platform meets regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in digital, e-commerce, or consumer-facing IT products.

  • Technical experience working with software engineering teams to deliver digital products.

  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, including A/B testing and analytics tools.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels, from engineers to senior leadership.
