Position Description:
Provide general support for Human Resources Talent Management headquarters or business unit team and administration of recruiting processes and internal mobility efforts.

Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities:

  • Embrace company culture, values, and provide support to Talent Management/Acquisition (TM/TA) team within headquarters (HQ) and/or business unit (BU).
  • Support diversity and inclusion (D&I) activities company wide.
  • Assist with national conference talent management (TM) /talent acquisition (TA) planning, coordination and candidate follow up.
  • Maintain and organize internal and online communication portals, company intranet, and team documents.
  • Assist in collecting and centralizing external agency/recruiter Master Service Agreements (MSA).
  • Assist with sourcing candidates for company-wide needs, talent management reporting, and mapping talent.
  • Utilize Human Resources (HR) systems, processes, procedures and metrics to complete roles responsibilities.
  • Maintain TM/TA college recruitment needs report and follow with business center HR for complete information.
  • Assist with analysis, improvement, and development of TM/TA collateral (e.g., experienced hire brochure, veteran brochure, Turner 101, post card, intern brochure).
  • Collaborate with HQ/business center marketing team to create/update digital social media (e.g., Turner News, recruiting tweets, and LinkedIn).
  • Update and manage internal and external SharePoint content.
  • Conduct TM/TA competitive analysis research to benchmark Turner against industry and to recommend areas to increase external marketing for recruitment activities.
  • Assist in maintaining the employee referral system and serve as a point of contact with internal employees and business center.
  • Update business center staffing Availability & Needs Report. Produce required metrics and reports for current job activity, candidate flow, and hiring trends.
  • Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Enrolled and actively pursuing Bachelor's Degree from accredited degree program in Human Resources or Social Organizational Psychology, or related field
  • Approachable and proactive, with positive client service attitude
  • Active listening skills with clear verbal and written communication skills
  • High degree of organization, proactive, and ability to escalate work for prioritization
  • Work independently with management oversight and in collaborative team environment
  • Proficient computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, as well as other Microsoft Suite applications, database management, and social media platforms.

The salary range for this position is estimated to be 20.00 - 27.00 USD per hour.
