Role Overview:

Individuals on this team will manage investigations in connection with Company's Ethics Point complaints (including general misconduct allegations), Special Investigations referrals (for possible fraud), Employee Relations reviews (sexual harassment allegations and social justice matters), and ad-hoc investigations, including those involving general workplace environment concerns. Individuals will be part of Home Office Disciplinary Action team and will work with Zone Agency Standards as well as regional teams to manage investigations and related disciplinary matters.

What You'll Do:

  • Investigating allegations made against agents and field managers from referral to closure and providing status update/periodic reporting to Agency Standards management.
  • Coordinate and work in conjunction with personnel from other departments, mainly Corporate Compliance, Risk Management, Human Resources, and service, in addition to Agency Standards personnel at all levels and General Office management.
  • In addition, this team will conduct forensic data analysis to identify commission/agent trigger manipulation and other quality of business concerns.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor'sdegree and/or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Licenses required - Series 7, 24, 63.
  • Strong knowledge of NYL supervisory structures and systemsrequired.
  • Strong communication and interpersonalskills.
  • Strong knowledge of NYL supervisory structure and systems Knowledge of NYL products and General Office systems.

Pay Transparency

Salary Range:$117,500 - $150,000

Overtime eligible:Exempt

Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes

Sales bonus eligible:No

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.

Please note: This role requiresFINRA licensedand/or FINRA Associated Person pre-hire fingerprinting.
