The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 89,088.00 USD - 116,928.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. Why You'll Love This Role: Critical Role: Be at the heart of our Ecommerce Team, supporting major account and data syndication initiatives. Exciting Responsibilities: Data Syndication: Take ownership and lead data syndication activities for our Lifestyle Brands. Operational Initiatives: Support and drive initiatives designed to boost e-commerce sales. Digital Learning: Advance our organizational digital learning plan and contribute to our growth. Internal Candidates: This is a "G" level KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Act as subject matter expert and technology owner for content syndication utilizing Salsify, Syndigo, etc. Oversee Data Asset Management (DAM) and Product Information Management (PIM) systems Responsible for automated and manual workflows to collect product level data, assets, and copy Responsible for the creation of channels to manipulate and syndicate data to retailers and analytic partners Maintain oversight and organization of LSB's Tech Stack (Salsify, Syndigo, BazaarVoice, Shopify, etc.) Support retailer specific catalog management for key Ecommerce retailers Facilitate & coordinate ongoing education and advancement for Lifestyle Brands organizational learning of Ecommerce operations and industry trends. Facilitates department meetings and coordinate / provide governance for the team SharePoint Responsible for vendor invoice management and T&E tracking. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING Bachelors Degree and 2+ years' experience Sales or Marketing experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry (e-commerce preferred) with at least 1+ years experience using SAP & familiarity with Master Data Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS Experience using Salsify Ability to clearly communicate and hold people accountable for project deliverables Ability to build trusting relationships and partnerships internally/externally Ability to organize difficult tasks and create sustainable process Excellent analytical skills & learning agility Strong technical skills: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Web, etc. JOB REQUIREMENTS Position is Full-Time, regular business hours, Monday-Friday Office work environment: San Francisco, CA office, remote work available one day a week Travel up to 10% Relocation is not available for this opportunity Inclusion & Diversity We believe that being a team of diverse people with different ideas, views and cultures will help us and our business thrive.
