THE JOB:

As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be the first impression for our guests, welcoming them with warmth and ensuring their needs are met from the moment they arrive. Your role is key to delivering unforgettable experiences that leave lasting memories long after their stay.

THE STARTING RATE: $15.40

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival.

• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle early arrivals, late departures, and walk-ins efficiently while providing smooth and hassle-free service.

• Offer available room upgrades and introduce guests to M Life Rewards, ensuring they enjoy exclusive benefits.

• Work closely with teams across the property to fulfill special requests and exceed guest expectations.

• Handle transactions with care, ensuring correct charges, secure payments, and proper cash handling in accordance with company policies.

• Issue and manage room keys while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and safety for all guests.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Has a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

• Able to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.

• Warm, friendly, and naturally welcoming.

• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

• Service-oriented and committed to creating memorable guest experiences.

• A quick problem-solver who remains calm under pressure.
