Overview

Position Overview:

The Regional Director of Human Resources implements and/or coordinates processes and practices in support of divisional organizational planning and development, talent acquisition, succession planning, training, and employee relations. This position partners with (and advises) Senior Management on Human Resources (HR) initiatives and issues, serving as the strategic HR partner on current and future trends in areas such as talent, performance management, career development, and external implications. A key success factor will be the facilitation of a culture where best practices are retained and shared across the business and identify opportunities for sharing best practices.

The work involves driving toward results by enrolling the commitment and buy-in of peers, direct reports, clients, and divisional leaders. While the position requires strong initiative and self-direction, results are only achieved with and through people. Therefore, a self-confident style that can enliven, engage and positively impact individuals and groups is essential.

What We Offer:

    Hiring range $150,000 - $165,000 per year depending on experience

Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by managing employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes.
  • Training and Development: Partner with Learning & Development to design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities, supporting professional growth and development.
  • Policy Development: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain a compliant and ethical work environment.
  • Compliance: Stay abreast of employment laws and regulations, ensuring the company's adherence to legal requirements.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Implement and analyze HR metrics to drive data-driven decision-making and provide regular reports to senior management.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field required.
  • Minimum of seven years of senior level generalist Human Resources experience encompassing demonstrated experience in various HR disciplines such as employee relations, performance management, staffing, compensation, benefits, EEO/AAP, etc.
  • Minimum three years Leadership/Management experience with a strong emphasis on coaching and development.
  • Demonstrated experience developing strong, collaborative business relationships with executive management teams, client groups and direct reports.
  • In-depth experience consulting with business partners on Talent Management, Change Management, Organizational Development, Leadership Development, Performance Management, and Talent Acquisition.
  • Must have experience working in a multi-site, multi-state environment.
  • PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
  • Predictive Index Licensed Analyst preferred
