Duties associated with the Maintenance Field Work Supervisor position include, but are not limited to the following: * Planning and supervising bargaining unit personnel conducting preventative and corrective maintenance. * Conducting pre-job and post-job briefings including Enhanced Work Planning meetings and lessons learned. * Directing and controlling work in manner that is consistent with current boundaries of the Authorization Basis, ensuring a balance of craft skills, work site supervision, and documentation. * Ensuring field personnel are compliant with the company mandated and other applicable policies, procedures, programs and regulations including DOE directives, personnel safety, environmental compliance and safety of the general public. * Assuring status of Operations equipment including Technical Safety Requirement and environmental compliance is maintained and communicated to Operations personnel. * Completing work activity documentation accurately and thoroughly, ensuring appropriate review, approvals, and/or authorizations are obtained. * Building and maintaining fieldwork teams, recognizing achievements, and correcting behaviors detrimental to the safe conduct of work and/or to the team. * Implementing the company policy and contractual commitments applicable to bargaining unit personnel.
Basic Qualifications
* Grade 19 - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (may include journey-level craft), plus 6 years relevant experience. * Grade 20 - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (may include journey-level craft), plus 8 years relevant experience.
The higher posted level has greater scope, complexity, authority, impact. The level offered to the selected candidate will be based on the needs of the company and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience.
Desired Qualifications
* Experience as Field Work Supervisor. * Experience of HazCat 2 Facility Maintenance. * Experience with nuclear waste shipments. * Experience in mechanical corrective and preventative maintenance * Strong knowledge in Conduct of Operations. * Knowledge and understanding of interfaces in a nuclear facility.
Compensation & Benefits
In accordance with the CPCCo salary determination process, CPCCo takes into consideration the level of assigned job duties and responsibilities, and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience relative to internal peers and the external labor market. CPCCo will not solicit salary history for candidates.
Expected annualized pay range based on full time schedule (40 hours per week):
* Grade 19: $117,225 - $147,775 * Grade 20: $129,063 - $162,688
In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for variable pay awards.
