Olin Winchester, LLC ("Winchester"), considered one of the world's leading ammunition manufacturers,is seeking a Property Manager to work at the US Army's premier small caliber manufacturing facility located in Independence, MO. In collaboration, the US Army and Winchester are developing a first of its kind tracer cartridge to better serve and protect America's warfighter in current and future global Conflicts.

Focus: In this role, you will oversee property management operations, including tracking, analyzing, and maintaining records, as well as reporting lost, damaged, or destroyed property. You will also supervise a small team and coordinate property modifications, relocations, and disposals. This position requires strong independent judgment to assess property decisions accurately and effectively communicate with the Government Property Administrator. The ideal candidate will have experience managing government property while ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.

Property Manager Essential Job Functions:

• Provide property accountability support and services in the functional areas of establishing property records, database management, and communication to USG.
• Responsible for overseeing and maintaining Government Property Systems.
• Supervise Property Management Staff.
• Record and communicate the acquisition, modification and disposition of all assets.
• Back up to maintains weapon control system, coordinate weapon disposition, prepares new government weapons records and completes monthly inventory.

Property Analyst Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree* preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience.
• Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department.
• Federal contract work experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Government Systems preferred (examples include GFEBS, PIEE and DPAs).

Location-Specific Requirements:

• Must have a valid US Driver's License.

• This position requires access to ITAR controlled technical data, and as such, employment will be contingent upon the candidate's ability to access ITAR controlled technical data pursuant to an export license approved by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls if required.

• This position requires successful vetting as an Employee Possessor in accordance with U.S. Department of Justice and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

• This position requires successful vetting for unescorted access in accordance with U.S. Army and Department of Defense access policies.
