Genesis10 is currently seeking a Data Management Consultant with our client in the financial Industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 9+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements within Business Execution Review and analyze basic or tactical Business Execution assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives related to low-to-medium risk deliverables Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing an understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Document Data Dictionaries, including business and technical metadata, and Data Quality Checks in enterprise templates Conduct moderate to complex analysis to identify and remediate data quality or integrity issues and process or control gaps Execute resolution of unique challenges requiring analysis across multiple areas, assisting in delivering long-term, large-scale solutions Represent clients in cross-functional groups to develop companywide data governance strategies Partner with groups companywide to coordinate and drive collaboration on solution design and remediation execution Required Qualifications 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education Working knowledge of one or more of the following: corporate and investment banking, capital markets, financial reporting, regulatory reporting, credit risk, counterparty risk Financial service regulatory experience such as BSA/AML, 2052a, QFC Recordkeeping, QFC Stay, Dodd-Frank, Client 239, or similar Strong interpersonal communication skills and client-centric focus Experience developing partnerships and collaborating across business and functional areas Pay Range: $37-47 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
