What You'll Be Doing:

Benefits Program Management & Compliance

    Develop, administer, and maintain employee benefits programs, including 401(k), FSA, health, dependent care, and transit reimbursement plans.
  • Ensure compliance with ERISA, FMLA, ADA, COBRA, and ACA regulations.
  • Oversee annual benefits renewal, plan limit changes, and Open Enrollment processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date policies, procedures, and employee communications.

Employee Support & Communication

  • Conduct new hire benefits orientation and assist employees with enrollment and claims.
  • Serve as the go-to expert for benefits questions, leave of absence coordination (FMLA, ADA), and workers' compensation.
  • Organize Employee Wellness Events and initiatives to promote health and well-being.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Manage benefits deductions in HRIS (UKG/UltiPro) and reconcile monthly invoices.
  • Oversee the 401(k) plan audit, non-discrimination testing, and Form 5500 filings.
  • Monitor and correct 401(k) plan data feeds and process annual 401(k) True-Up matches.
  • Prepare and submit ACA 1095-C forms and ensure compliance with Medicare Part D notices.


Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

10+ years of experience in benefits administration and leave of absence management.
Advanced knowledge of federal and state benefits regulations (ERISA, FMLA, ADA, COBRA, ACA).
Proficiency in HRIS (UKG preferred).
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
Excellent organizational and communication skills-you'll be working with employees at all levels.



Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
