Job Description The Omni Hotels & Resorts Corporate Office is now seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant - Interior Design to join their team. Working within the Interior Design Department, you will report directly to the Creative Director, Vice President of Interior design to ensure all paperwork and projects are processed and completed on a timely basis in the order of established priorities. Location: OH&R Corporate Office in Dallas, TX (on-site, not hybrid/remote). Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Responsibilities
Manage calendars by scheduling internal and external meetings, conferences, and all vendor presentations and assist with recurring meetings, including, but not limited to, room and AV set up, agenda compilation, minute taking, etc.
