Accounts Receivable - Collections & Credit Manager Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable professional with a strong background in collections and credit management? We are seeking a Collections & Credit Manager to oversee AR functions, manage customer accounts, and ensure timely payments. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the accounts receivable and collections process to ensure timely and accurate payments Assess and establish credit limits for new and existing customers based on financial analysis Monitor aging reports and implement effective collection strategies Negotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding accounts while maintaining strong customer relationships Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and finance, to align credit policies with business goals Develop and enforce credit policies and procedures to mitigate risk and improve cash flow Prepare and analyze AR reports, bad debt reserves, and collection forecasts Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or credit management Strong knowledge of credit analysis, financial statements, and risk assessment Excellent negotiation and communication skills Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics 365, QuickBooks, or similar) Ability to analyze aging reports and develop action plans for delinquent accounts Experience managing a team is a plus What We Offer: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Comprehensive benefits package Growth opportunities within a dynamic team A collaborative and supportive work environment If you are a detail-oriented leader with a passion for AR, credit, and collections, apply today to join our team!
