Security Officer - Financial Center

As a Security Officer - Financial Center in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more .

As an unarmed officer in a financial institution setting, you will be responsible for monitoring designated areas to help deter security-related incidents. Your presence will be key in maintaining a secure environment while providing exceptional customer service. You will engage with individuals in a professional manner, addressing inquiries and assisting as needed. This role requires a commitment to our values of agility, reliability, and innovation, with a focus on teamwork and integrity. Your duties will include routine checks and maintaining visibility to support a secure atmosphere for all visitors and staff.

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service by implementing security procedures and site-specific policies, and engage in emergency response activities when necessary.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm and problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must have at least 1 year of security experience.
• Candidates must be at least 21 years of age.
• Texas Security Professional Guard Card is required.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
