As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a talented Marketing Automation Specialist to join our growing team. Your expertise in marketing technology and automation will be instrumental in driving lead generation, nurturing prospects, and enhancing customer engagement. As a Marketing Automation Specialist on the Digital Experience team, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our marketing efforts by leveraging cutting-edge automation tools and strategies. This role is tactically focused on the execution and constant optimization of forms, automation rules, and other marketing automation tasks. The role will also serve as an internal consultant to marketing teams, guiding automation and form strategy. Roles and Responsibilities *Creates tactics (campaigns) and lists in Salesforce / Pardot to support attribution and segmentation. *Coordinates the appropriate use of forms and completion actions needed to support campaign objectives. *Collaborate with our IST and MarTech teams to integrate marketing automation efforts seamlessly with the company's marketing automation system to improve overall marketing effectiveness. *Creates, troubleshoots, and maintains web forms and form handlers for a variety of transactional and marketing purposes. *Documents marketing automation processes, programs, and procedures. *Monitors and reports on effectiveness metrics related to tactics and programs managed by the marketing division. *Provide consultative support for the Marketing Division to improve form conversion metrics and share best practices. *Stay updated on marketing automation industry best practices, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and privacy standards. *Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas for automation optimization and efficiency improvement. *Participates and supports other marketing automation projects as needed. Requirements: *Bachelor's degree *2 years B2B marketing automation experience. *Strong verbal and written communication. *Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. *Ability to perform with a level of autonomy to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment while working within strict deadlines. *Proficiency in translating business requirements into technical specifications. *Excels at problem solving and approaching problems in multiple ways. *Communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. *Intermediate CRM and Marketing Automation administration (Preferably Salesforce and Account Engagement (Pardot)). Recommended Qualifications: *Certification in marketing automation tools. *Experience with Salesforce and Account Engagement (Pardot). *Knowledge of Project Management tools (e.g. MS Project, Workfront) *Experience using HTML, CSS, and Java *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
