Job Summary:
We are seeking a Manufacturing & Quality Support Specialist to assist in tracking production activities, supporting quality system updates, and facilitating communication between engineering and production teams. This role works closely with Process and Quality Engineers to drive technical resolutions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Duties:
* Maintain and track Shop Process Sheets (SPS) using Smartsheet and ensure accurate, up-to-date status within the quality system (TipQA) to support on-time delivery goals
* Assist in resolving technical issues under the direction of Process and Quality Engineers
* Interpret engineering blueprints and specifications to accurately submit SPS documentation to engineering teams
* Apply and sustain 5S and Lean manufacturing principles in designated work areas
* Support quality and manufacturing program goals through assigned tasks and project-based work

Required Qualifications:
*3 or more years of quality and/or manufacturing engineering experience.
* GD&T proficiency required.
* Familiarity with QMS (Quality Management System) tools, preferably TipQA.
* Degrees or certifications in engineering, quality, and/or manufacturing desired.
*Focus on teamwork and reliable communication.
* Proactive in driving deliverables, timelines, and resolution of production or quality-related issues
* Due to the nature of the work US Citizenship is required.
