Job Overview The Director of Engineering is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, internal audits, and Crescent standards. This role focuses on preventative maintenance, team development, vendor management, and building infrastructure upkeep, ensuring the long-term efficiency and safety of the property. The Director will lead a team of engineers and collaborate with local vendors and contractors to maintain the hotel at an optimal level. Compensation & Benefits:
