Job Title: Customer Service I location: Livermore, CA, 94550 Duration: 8 months Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM The Opportunity: This position is based in Livermore, CA, within our Heart Failure division. Our rapid diagnostic solutions are helping address some of the world's greatest healthcare challenges. As an Inside Sales Support Representative, you will be responsible for faxing documentation requests to our clinic customers and managing inbound voice mails and outbound calls. You'll assist the sales team in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting patient success with remote monitoring. Principal Responsibilities This list represents the essential functions of the role but does not restrict other tasks that may be assigned. Management may assign or reassign duties as needed. Fax documentation requests to clinic customers. Assist inside sales with inbound and outbound customer calls. Promote and encourage the use of digital platforms. Provide customer assistance as needed. Maintain effective time management, adhere to schedules, and ensure attendance. Follow all regulatory policies, procedures, privacy, and security standards, including HIPAA requirements. Required Qualifications Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor. Proficient in navigating multiple websites and platforms. Skilled in Microsoft Office programs and smart devices. Adaptable, flexible, and willing to work with constantly changing priorities. Preferred Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. Experience in a clinical environment. Associate's Degree. Physical Requirements Ability to work sitting for extended periods. Ability to work with multiple computer screens for long durations. No lifting over 10 pounds required without assistance.
