Aloha! One of Hawaii's largest and oldest banks is currently seeking a Fraud Specialist to join their Business Services Division. In this role, you will be responsible for safeguarding their corporate/commercial banking customers and the Bank from financial loss. This role will monitor, investigate, and resolve fraud alerts and/or incidents, which may require contacting customers for more information to verify suspect transactions are appropriately authorized. You will also serve as a trusted advisor to their customers, taking proactive measures to mitigate fraud risks and recommend effective preventative customer solutions.
*Additional Skills & Qualifications* The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, accounting, finance, related field, or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience in customer service with focus in fraud prevention or detection Prior experience with financial product, fraud trends and regulatory compliance, highly desirable Knowledge of ACH and Wire transfer processes Familiarity with commercial banking fraud tools and systems Experience in financial analysis and investigative techniques *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
