Requirements License as a Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in Washington State Board eligibility or board certification by the American Board of Anesthesiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Anesthesia Prescription authority licensure in State and the DEA About Yakima Memorial Hospital MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital has served the Yakima Valley since 1950.
