Responsibilities

What You'll Do

The Field Services Coordinator provides administrative support to the Director, Field Services and LA-based Field Services Business Representatives to ensure the smooth daily operations of the team.

    Produces daily listing of shows and shooting schedule for review by the Director including locating and confirming details of commercial shoots.
  • Answer department's incoming calls and be a point of contact for Business Representatives.
  • Compiles, distributes and processes various reports to the team and follows up to ensure that all required information is returned.
  • Provides administrative support to help ensure the smooth and effective operation of the team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.

  • Detail orientated with the ability to organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks under daily deadlines.
  • Must be able to organize data and research information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with people diplomatically and with a high level of patience and tact.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate with members and production staff.
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Effective administrative skills including strong knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Oracle.
  • Able to cultivate respectful and collaborative relationships with people from diverse backgrounds both internally and externally.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced work environment and capable of taking direction from more than one supervisor.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and/or Experience:

  • High School or equivalent.
  • Previous administrative experience preferred with knowledge of the Industry a plus.

TESTING REQUIREMENTS:

  • Basic Office Skills: Spelling, math, grammar, and filing - passing score: 76%
  • Typing test 35 WPM
  • Microsoft Word (basic and intermediate) - passing score: 76%
  • Microsoft Excel (basic and intermediate) - passing score: 76%
