Description Client is looking for 5 Desktop Support Technicians to move new equipment from a central location to the end user deskside and set up. The deployment services include the following: Move new equipment from central location to the end user desk side. Install onto wall mount or adjustable arm mount if previous system was installed on such mount. Organize Customer System components and peripherals (e.g., keyboards, power supplies, mice, and software) for deployment. Plug Customer-provided, certified network patch cables into new Customer System Plug all power cords into electrical sources. Plug network patch cables into existing certified network jacks. Boot the new Customer System and verify network connection for Customer's network connected devices. Log on to the new Customer System using Customer(1)provided user ID and password. Test system using Customer provided runbook for validation. Complete validation & function test as agreed to by both parties. Remove deployment related trash to in the immediate installation premises and properly clean the installation area. Asset Tracking Skills Desktop, Support, Troubleshooting, Hardware Top Skills Details Desktop,Support,Troubleshooting,Hardware Additional Skills & Qualifications - Install applications deskside (might have to back up or restore a user profile) - professionalism and customer service in a healthcare environment - Candidate needs to be comfortable with full medical compliance Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
