Job Description
Responsibilities: * Provide first-call resolution technical support to customers via telephone and email, regardless of product or problem complexity. * Deliver professional, top-quality customer service to all customers. * Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues related to product functionality, connectivity, and software product failures. * Participate in product testing, version updates, and rollouts. * Communicate issues clearly and effectively. * Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system. * Demonstrate teamwork by sharing knowledge, brainstorming complex customer issues with colleagues, and proactively sharing common issue resolutions throughout the department and across locations. Skills: * Customer service oriented * Call center experience * Computer troubleshooting and support * IT training and support Top Skills: * Customer service oriented * Call center experience * Computer troubleshooting and support Additional Skills & Qualifications: Must-Have Skills: * At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center. * Help desk experience or ability to build computers. * Strong verbal and written communication skills; must be able to clearly communicate in English. * Comfortable navigating Windows environments. * Familiar with basic installation and troubleshooting of Windows computer applications. * High school diploma. Preferred Skills: * Experience with command prompts. Disqualifiers: * Candidates without customer service experience. * Overqualified candidates with extensive help desk experience. Soft Skills: * Ability to give clear directions to callers. (They do not need to know how to solve each problem but must be able to communicate clearly and use their training to help solve problems). * Able to explain technical processes in simple terms to customers. Experience Level: * Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
