*Position: *Partner Services Representative
*Location:* Oxnard, California, 93030 *Work Type:* 6-month contract *Pay Rate: *$20-23/hr (based on experience) *Schedule:* Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:45pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Overtime is a possibility. *Job Description: *We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Partner Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, answering inquiries, looking up tracking information, providing part numbers, and managing all aspects of the pre-sale process. You will also be responsible for order entry, responding to customer emails, and managing credits and RMA's. Your primary goal will be to ensure a positive customer experience by addressing all touchpoints in the customer journey. *Key Responsibilities:* * Handle a majority of inbound calls (90%) and some outbound follow-up calls. * Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information. * Look up tracking information and provide part numbers. * Manage order entry for parts and respond to customer emails. * Handle credits and RMA's. * Maintain a positive attitude and de-escalate calls when necessary. * Multitask effectively by managing order entry, taking calls, and responding to emails simultaneously. *Required Skills:* * Strong de-escalation skills and the ability to maintain a positive attitude on the phone. * Excellent multitasking abilities, including order entry, taking calls, and responding to emails. * Customer Service experience *Preferred Experience:* * Experience with CRM, SAP, Oracle, ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, and Microsoft Genesis for calls. * Order entry, RMA's, customer interaction *Qualifications:* * Customer service experience or entry-level candidates eager to learn. * Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. * Ability to pick up new software and systems quickly. *Metrics:* * Handle 25-40 calls per day. * Enter on avergae 15 orders per day. *Work Culture/Team enviroment:* * Open communication and a team player with a positive attitude.
