*Top Skills Details* 12+years in infrastructure project/program management 5+ years experience in Infrastructure migration project management 5+ Experience in Merger & Acquisition Infrastructure Projects; user migrations, Network Integration, Data Center moves, etc. required *Description* Fortune 500 Company has an immediate need for an infrastructure project manager with Mergers and Acquisition experience to assist with several incoming acquisitions. * Preference is to be local to Chicago / Northern IL and willing to go onsite 3x per week. * Experience with Clarity is a big plus. * Must have strong financial management acumen to manage and track budgets. * Experience communicating and delivering messages to executive stakeholders. Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 12 years of experience in the field as relate to the skill code. PMP and ITIL certifications nice to have but not required * 5+ years experience in Infrastructure migration project management * Experience in Merger & Acquisition Infrastructure Projects; user migrations, Network Integration, SaaS migrations, etc required Ability to create, maintain and manage detailed project schedules, issues, risks, decisions and budgets. * Ability to aligning technical and business team objectives * Able to resolve escalated issues from operations, change management, testing teams * Coordinate schedule and any resolutions across multiple teams * Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments. * Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. * Prior work experience with Infrastructure migration programs required * Prior work experience in life science organization greatly preferred * Experience managing large, cross functional projects required * Strong written and verbal communication required * Experience in Microsoft Applications (PPT, Excel, Word, etc...) required * Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 12 years of experience in the field as relate to the skill code. PMP and ITIL certifications nice to have but not required * 2-5 years experience in Infrastructure migration project management * Experience in Merger & Acquisition Infrastructure Projects; user migrations, Data Center moves, etc required * This Project Manager may be asked to lead multiple workstreams from above list. Therefore, we require a flexible individual with the following qualities: o High capability for professional interaction o High attention to detail o Comfortable in a fast-paced environment o Must be a quick learner and open to feedback * Candidate should be an experienced Project Manager (5 - 10 years required). Candidates experienced with M&A project management will gain priority. * Excellent communications skills and ability to present and interact with senior leadership across the organization, inside and outside of BTS * Strong project management skillset needed, including proven ability to lead and drive project success. * Should be well organized with the ability to review and track the project schedule end to end. * Must be a self-starter, able to manage a variety of projects, and be able to communicate to leadership. * Will conduct meetings with project team members and key stakeholders, publishing meeting minutes. * Will manage weekly and monthly progress reporting, as well as tracking project financials for budget adherence. * Candidate must possess strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills given the high degrees of strategic impact and project complexity, along with potential senior executive interactions. * Will work with a matrixed team. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Candidates must understand the steps and process to integrate an acquired company into a the acquiring company, specifically from an infrastructure perspective. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $85.00/hr.
