Overview
Texas Oncology is looking for a Medical Records Tech to join our team! This position will support the Medical Records Department at our 2410 Round Rock Avenue #150 location in Round Rock, Texas. Typical work week is Monday though Friday, 8:30a - 5:00p. This position can be either a level 1, 2 or Sr based on candidate experience. What does the Medical Records Tech do? (including but not limited to) Under direct supervision, assists with organizing, sorting, and filing all incoming and outgoing patient information. Prepares charts for patient visits. Files, locates, retrieves and delivers medical records and/or electronic medical records as assigned. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards. Demonstrates an understanding of patient confidentiality to protect the patient and clinic/corporation. Responsibilities The essential duties and responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Level 2 (in addition to level 1 requirements)
Level Sr (in addition to level 1 and 2 requirements)
