Recruiter | High-Volume, Clerical

Scheduled Weekly Hours:

As a Recruiter, you will play a vital part in identifying and hiring top talent to support our growing organization.

• Manage high-volume recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, and negotiating employment offers

• Implement specialized recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top notch talent

• Ability to build strong internal relationships with hiring leaders and team members to ensure alignment on recruitment needs

• Foster positive relationships with applicants to enhance their experience and engagement throughout the hiring process

What You'll Need:

• 3-4 years of recruitment, professional sales, marketing, customer service or related experience.

• Bachelors degree in human resources or a related field or equivalent years of experience and education

• Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR) Certification Desired or to be completed upon hire

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring leaders.

What's Available:

• 1.0 FTE

• Schedule: Monday-Friday Days

• Primarily remote position with expectation to work onsite in La Crosse, WI as needed
