Learning Manager, Leadership Enablement (Hybrid)
The Learning Manager, Leadership Enablement will be responsible for a horizontal leadership development and measurement strategy across Customer Channels, through building, maintaining and enhancing programs to create a Channels Leader Learning ecosystem. In this Individual Contributor role, you will work closely with our Leadership Enablement program leads, Instructional Design teams, Enterprise Learning, Human Resources Business Partners and other key stakeholders to ensure our leaders are empowered with the skills, tools and support they need to inspire their teams and lead them into the future. We help those agents to know the best thing to say or do to help our callers and we enable our operations front line leaders to support our agents in this work. Travel as needed to other company locations for team strategy sessions (potentially in Richmond, VA or McLean, VA) (approximately once per quarter for ~3 days each time). Travel requirements will be determined by business need. Location: This role is hybrid, where you will be expected to spend 3 days per week working in office and the remainder of the week working virtually. Basic Qualifications:

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. McLean, VA: $126,700 - $144,600 for Learning Manager Richmond, VA: $115,200 - $131,500 for Learning ManagerCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
