Job Overview

Responsible for maintaining work schedule for 2 shifts. Work closely with production and Plant Manager on line and people priorities. Have personal skills that will allow you to interact with outside personnel along with workers on the production floor. Extensive SAP knowledge is a must.

A Day In The Life

Arrive to work at start of 1st shift at 6:30 am. Read and answer e mails, make any expedited changes to daily run schedule, walk the production floor and prepare notes for the 8:00 am staff meeting. Run extensive planning for selected MRP's and create schedule, Attend the 12:15 pm meeting with any changes need to me made. Check in with 2nd shift supervisors and update on any changes that have been made during the day.

Good people skills, an extensive knowledge in SAP, general knowledge in computer skills, and able to be flexible with job hours.
