Ray Rate: $14.81 Plus Tips Per Hour Seasonal: April - August Application Deadline: May 30, 2025, or until the position has been filled. Seasonal Position Benefits Free: Parking, free lunches, free pay-day breakfast, a lot of employee activities and celebrations where you can win more money, referral bonuses if you refer someone Qualifications -Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license -Must be knowledgeable about the game of golf, expectations of guests, and willing to learn the nuances of a golf operation at a first-class golf club SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES -Outstanding customer service skills -Effective communication, teamwork, and work ethic -Punctual, honest, trustworthy, and reliable in preforming duties with minimum supervision. High-level of personal presentation, awareness, and organization Responsibilities -Assist guests with loading and unloading golf bags onto carts -Ensure golf carts are clean, charged, and ready for use -Provide exceptional customer service to guests on the golf course -Assist with other duties as needed to support the golf operations team NOTE: This description excludes non-essential and marginal functions of the position that are incidental to the performance of the fundamental job duties.
