The Enterprise Risk Assessment Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating organization-wide and subject matter specific responses to client inquiries, primarily related to the company's security and risk management, including questionnaires, ad hoc questions and audits. This role will also be responsible for various risk and compliance related department projects, initiatives and tasks as assigned.

Success in this role will be dependent upon being highly organized, utilizing strong pro-active and reactive communications skills, prioritizing and meeting deadlines, building positive relationships, and collaborating with subject matter experts across Toppan Merrill's business areas and shared services. Professional and timely communication is crucial to the success of this role. Responses to inquiries should be initially prepared by the person in this role using a repository of historical answers and by the appropriate Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). The responses should then be reviewed and affirmed by the person in this role prior to responding to the requestor to ensure accuracy and consistency, and to present Toppan Merrill positively. Responsibilities will also include tracking, storing, and maintaining typical questions and Toppan Merrill's standard responses in the repository.

Tasks and Required Skills include:

  • Coordinate, maintain and track standard questions and responses in an effort to streamline the process, maintain accuracy and consistency
  • Track the history including communication and responses on each client inquiry for historical purposes
  • Administer third party tool to share evidentiary documentation with external parties (clients, risk assessors)
  • Analyze requirements and ensure that responses meet requirements
  • Edit responses provided by organization-wide SMEs to be both accurate and present Toppan Merrill positively
  • Work on compliance and risk projects, tasks and initiatives as assigned
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to provide succinct and clear direction for internal communications and accurate, professional and persuasive responses to external parties (e.g., clients, risk assessors)
  • Organization, prioritization, and clear and ongoing communication of deadlines to SMEs with other business priorities
  • Ability to work and manage under pressure
  • The desire and ability to make connections across disciplines

Preferred - Project management or similar experience, experience with building relationships across organizations

Minimum Education

  • Bachelor's degree - preferred
