The Clinical Coordinator and Pathway Curriculum Coordinator is a vital role responsible for managing clinical site placements, maintaining program compliance with accreditation standards, and coordinating pathway curriculum development for Nursing and Emergency Medical Services (EMS) programs. This role ensures students receive high-quality educational experiences while building and maintaining relationships with clinical site partners. The ideal candidate combines expertise in healthcare education with organizational and communication skills.This position is funded through a grant and is subject to the terms and conditions of the grant. Rate of Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour, up to 19 hour per week. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Required Qualifications The formal educational equivalent of a associate's degree, preferably in a healthcare related field. Experience in clinical coordinating and career coaching. Additional requirements determined by the agency for recruiting purposes require review and approval by the Arkansas Division of Higher Education.
