Your Role: Hands-On, Impactful, and Fast-Paced

As the Project Administrator, you will be an integral part of our Environmental team in Raleigh, North Carolina. You will leverage your exceptional time management and organizational skills to work independently, take initiative, prioritize tasks, and ensure project completion. Your role will be vital in facilitating project management operations and enhancing our company's success and employee satisfaction.

This role is an in-office position where your presence is essential for fostering collaboration, boosting team morale, and providing direct support to the project manager. By working on-site, you will have the opportunity to engage with colleagues, share ideas, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment. Your active participation will be crucial in ensuring the success of our projects and the overall satisfaction of our team.

What You'll Do:



  • Client Onboarding and Documentation Oversight: Optimize the client onboarding process and manage essential paperwork, including certificates of insurance and project documentation. Handle client-required reporting, program management, and fleet coordination.
  • Project Data Management and Reporting: Systematize project data for audits, oversee document control processes, and manage records for field staff. Assist with client invoicing and laboratory activities by accurately entering data.
  • Preparation of Presentations and Reports: Develop materials for presentations and compile reports efficiently.
  • Verification of Employee Reports and Issue Resolution: Ensure the accuracy of employee reports and timesheets and escalate any issues to project managers or senior management.
  • Administrative Support and Coordination: Provide support for client invoicing and lab operations through diligent data entry and administrative coordination.



What We're Looking For:



  • An Associate degree in business, accounting, or construction management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field, Environmental Science experience is a plus
  • Advanced workable knowledge of contract terms, including hourly, lump sum, and not-to-exceed, and how they are applied and administered in the billing process
  • Intermediate to advanced computer literacy, including word processing, spreadsheets/Excel, and accounting software
  • Strong technical writing skills
