As Director of Digital Strategy & Analytics within the FNBO Marketing team, you oversee the conception, prioritization, implementation and analysis of the work involving FNBO digital marketing efforts. This strategic leadership role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, analytics, automation, and multichannel campaigns who can identify actionable insights and develop highly relevant digital marketing strategies for the business. The Director of Digital Strategy & Analytics thrives on innovating data-driven, digital marketing solutions while collaborating with business leaders and teams across the enterprise to identify opportunities for digitally focused growth and leverage cross-functional teams to carry through these strategies. Responsible for setting the plan for the digital landscape and driving execution of high-impact campaigns that move the business forward. Work will be accomplished both through internal and external resources.

You are passionate about the customer, doing what's right, and delivering value. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the digital media strategy, budgeting, and measurement for FNBO Brand and Banking Division ensuring alignment with overall business goals, customer-centric objectives, and enterprise-level initiatives.
- Build the long-term vision and business cases for digital marketing innovations (which may include automation, personalization, and advanced attribution modeling) or enhancement of systems, tools, data, or design to meet given or expanding objectives.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy, focusing on on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices to improve organic visibility and traffic.
- Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting across all digital channels. Develop performance dashboards and communicate a clear link between marketing activities and business results.
- Regularly track and report on the digital marketing ROI, making recommendations to improve performance based on insights and changing market conditions aligned to business goals.
- Work closely with senior leadership, stakeholders, and department heads to prioritize digital initiatives, optimize resources, and drive the digital transformation agenda.
- Drive the use and advancement of marketing analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and continuously refine strategies for campaign efforts.
- Manage and ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements for all efforts, staying in front of all privacy and customer data regulations.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring long-term partnerships that drive performance.
- Report to executive leadership on digital marketing initiatives, providing both strategic and competitive insights and tactical recommendations for optimization.
- Oversee the continuous refinement of marketing performance metrics, working to streamline reporting processes and improve campaign visibility.
- Evaluate, present, and execute process and workflow adjustments for automation, simplification, or enhancement
- Continuous Learning and Innovation: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, SEO and industry best practices to implement innovative marketing solutions.
- Lead or assist with other marketing-driven projects, as assigned.
The Ideal Candidate for This Role: Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, and data analytics.
- Expertise in SEO, digital media channels and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Experience with attribution model development and budget planning
- Firm understanding of digital technology stacks and the ability to lead initiatives
- Strong understanding of paid media strategies and audience segmentation.
- Proven leadership and team collaboration experience.
- Strong analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to expand knowledge and learn new skills or technologies
- Self-motivated, collaborative, organized, able to work independently
Desired Qualifications:
- Certified Financial Marketing Professional certification, 5+ years of related experience, or Master's degree in a related field
- Experience with CRM & marketing automation (preferably Salesforce Sales/Service Clouds, Marketing Cloud, Adobe Analytics, Datorama)
Compensation:
Compensation range (base pay): $95,857.00-$162,957.00
This role may have a specific starting pay within this range. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
