This team owns the Microsoft Linux security strategy and is focused on building state-of-the-art security systems for a wide variety of Microsoft's current and future products.In addition to ample design and coding opportunities, you will interact with the best system designers in the world, both from Microsoft and from global companies across the technology spectrum working on cutting edge processors and GPUs, Windows, Linux, and related technologies. You will have the opportunity to work on one or more layers of the security stack, ranging from Trusted Platform Modules to secure enclaves all the way to critical security services to secure high value assets like AI/LLM models at the edge.
ResponsibilitiesDesign, development,and maintenance of the above systemUpstreaming key Linux kernel changes to mainline Linux kernel, acting as the face of MicrosoftIdentification and implementation of tools to improve team quality and productivityCollaboration with Product Managers, Architects, and security experts on new features |
